This donation will cover the cost of materials, sewing, and shipping. Your donation will have a direct impact on the children and their families. Upon the families' approval, you will be sent an image of the children you sponsored along with the gown they received!

The DREAM SPONSOR PACKAGE includes:

1,000 gowns with 'Sponsored by' labels

Two (2) hospital event with 'Sponsored by' banner

Large checks to present to representative ; and

Digital photo package (saved on a USB drive)
